改革开放三十五年来,中国经济逐步实现从计划经济体制到社会主义市场经济体制的深刻转变。本文对当代中国经济法学的发展历程和前景做出简要论述。我们应立足实际国情,走特色社会主义道路,在变革中不断完善发展中国经济法学。
In the 35 years since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has gradually realized the profound transformation from a planned economy to a socialist market economy. This article briefly discusses the development course and prospects of contemporary China’s economic jurisprudence. We should base ourselves on the actual conditions of our country and follow the path of distinctive socialism so as to constantly improve and develop China’s economic law.
