目的调查北京地区的药物代谢酶系CYP450相关的基因型分布情况,为北京地区的个性化用药指导提供建议。方法本文涉及的研究通过在北京地区抽样使用Taqman方法进行了CYP450相关的基因型检测,估算出了在北京地区5个CYP基因中的6个SNP位点的基因型的分布情况。结果其中,CYP2C19-b和CYP3A4两个基因中所检测的位点所对应的比重最小的基因型在北京市人口中的比重接近于0。本研究说明,CYP2D6和CYP2C19两个基因的基因型在北京市人口中呈现较高的多态性分布,医师在使用涉及到这两个基因参与代谢的药物时,可以参考CYP450基因型检测结果。结论建立针对我国不同地区的CYP450基因型数据库对于医疗卫生体系有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the distribution of CYP450-related genotypes in Beijing and to provide suggestions for the personalized medicine guidance in Beijing. Methods The present study involves the genotyping of six SNPs in five CYP genes in Beijing using the Taqman method for the genotyping of CYP450 in Beijing. Results Among them, the proportion of genotypes with the lowest proportion of the detected loci in CYP2C19-b and CYP3A4 loci was close to 0 in Beijing population. This study shows that CYP2D6 and CYP2C19 two genotypes in Beijing population showed a high polymorphism distribution, physicians involved in these two genes involved in the metabolism of drugs, you can refer to CYP450 genotype test results. Conclusion The establishment of CYP450 genotype database for different regions of our country plays an important role in the medical and health system.
