The authors note that there are many aspects of the S-D curve shift from basic to clinical use that change, especially when measured at different times and by different examiners, in terms of their reliability. However, The data obtained are lack of statistical analysis.For nearly thirty years, scholars believe that the intensity-time curve is still a reliable indicator to judge the neuromuscular integrity.However, the literature does not answer in both cases - Different time and different examiners to determine the consistency of the intensity-time curve results.Therefore, the author of this study to determine the two major issues.A total of 24 subjects were examined, are non-neurological history of healthy men, aged 21 to 53 years (Average 30.6 years old) .In order to reduce the error, randomly select the right or left tibialis anterior muscle for examination.
