技工院校是优秀技能人才成长的摇篮,技能人才的素质直接关系着产品与服务的质量甚至是企业的兴衰。而目前,我国技工教育的招生对象主要是在中学应试教育中表现得并不理想的学生,相当一部分技工院校学生在日常课堂学习中的自觉性与一般的高中生或者大学生相比依然存在着较大距离。从课堂表现来看,他们往往比较散漫、听不进理论知识、甚至上课时不会带书、带笔,这给技工院校的教学带来了不少困难。本文就这些问题展开讨论,提出一些个人见解。
Technical institutions are the cradle for the growth of outstanding skilled personnel. The quality of skilled personnel is directly related to the quality of products and services and even the rise and fall of enterprises. At present, the enrollment target of our country’s technical education is mainly students who do not perform well in the examination-oriented education in secondary schools. A considerable part of the students in technical colleges and universities in their daily classroom learning consciousness compared with the average high school or college students still exist Greater distance. From the classroom performance point of view, they tend to be more casual, do not listen to the theoretical knowledge, and even class will not bring books, with pen, which gives technical teaching in colleges and universities brought a lot of difficulties. This article discusses these issues and offers some personal insights.
