由浙江广电集团与民营的浙江广厦集团合资组建的浙江影视(集团)公司日前挂牌成立。 浙江影视(集团)公司注册资金为6000万元人民币。浙江广电集团以有形资产和无形资产作为投资,浙江广厦集团以有形资本投资。该公司将由浙江广电集团控股,按照现代企业制度组织运作,引入民间资本,进行市场化操作,形成投资结构的多元化,激活存量资源,探索更快地发展影视产业的新路。该公司成立后的主营业务是影视剧和电视节目策划、拍摄、制作、销售等。
