目的:建立奋乃静片的RP-HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为NUCLEODUR C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为5mmol·L~(-1)醋酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调pH3.4)-三乙胺(100:0.1)-甲醇(40:60),流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为258nm,柱温为35℃。结果:奋乃静在19.9~199μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.2%(n=9),RSD=0.4%(n=9)。结论:方法、灵敏、准确,适用于奋乃静片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of perphenazine tablets. METHODS: The chromatographic column was NUCLEODUR C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 5 mmol·L -1 sodium acetate solution (adjusted to pH 3.4 with glacial acetic acid) -triethylamine (100: 0.1 ) -methanol (40:60) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 with a detection wavelength of 258 nm and a column temperature of 35 ° C. RESULTS: Perphenazine had a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9998) and the average recovery was 100.2% (n = 9) and the RSD was 0.4% in the range of 19.9 ~ 199μg · ml ~ (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate and suitable for the quality control of perphenazine tablets.
