贯彻安全可靠、技术先进、投资合理、标准统一、优质高效的技术原则,完成了国家电网公司企业标准《清水混凝土防火墙组合大钢模板技术导则》的编制工作。本文为适应智能变电站模块化建设要求,结合混凝土模板技术发展现状,从清水混凝土防火墙组合大钢模板的设计方案和工程应用解读了导则主要条款的基本应用原理和注意事项,以指导清水混凝土防火墙组合大钢模板设计、应用等工作。本导则符合国家电网公司“标准化设计、模块化建设”变电站建设要求,填补了当前国内关于清水混凝土防火墙组合大钢模板验收和质量检验及评定的标准的技术空白。对加强变电站防火墙组合大钢模板的技术管理,提高组合大钢模板产品的制作和使用质量,提高混凝土工程施工质量和综合经济效益等方面,具有重大意义。
Implementing the technical principles of safety and reliability, advanced technology, reasonable investment, uniform standards and high quality and efficiency, the compilation work of State Grid Enterprise Standard “Technical Guidelines for Mixing Large Steel Formwork with Clear Water Concrete Fire Wall” was completed. In order to meet the requirements of modular construction of intelligent substation and the development status of concrete formwork technology, this paper explains the basic application principle and precautions of main articles of guideline from the design scheme and engineering application of the combination of clear steel concrete fire wall and large steel formwork, Combination of steel template design, application and other work. This guideline complies with the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China for “substation design, modularization” substation construction, and fills in the current domestic technical gaps in the acceptance and quality inspection and assessment of the large steel formwork of the Qingshui concrete fire wall. It is of great significance to strengthen the technical management of the substation fire wall combination large steel formwork, improve the quality of making and using the combined large steel formwork product, and improve the quality of concrete construction and comprehensive economic benefits.
