随着免疫学和细胞生物学的进展,在工业毒理学领域中,越来越多地开展毒物与机体免疫功能关系的研究,在各种课题中也相应地提出了用体外实验方法来观察、验证机体免疫功能的变化。目前国內建立的免疫学指标大多局限于人体方面,根据科研需要,我们选用豚鼠为对象,以Junge.Paty和Kaplan改良的微量全血法,为基础,摸索了豚鼠的淋巴细胞转化试验的条件,进行了较为细致的研究,以期得到稳定的试验结果。
