滴水观音是一种观叶植物,被人们种植在室内外供观赏。滴水观音全株有毒,以茎下为最,其汁液含有对人体有毒的成分,但并不为人们所重视,接触其汁液后会出现程度不等的中毒表现,发生皮肤瘙痒、麻木、刺痛、肿胀;眼与汁液接触引致失明;误食茎或叶引起口、舌、咽喉发痒,充血肿胀;恶心、呕吐、腹泻、出汗、惊厥,严重者甚至发生窒息、呼吸麻痹及心脏骤停等~([1-3])。2015年11月,我们收治1例误食滴水观音中毒伴急性咽炎患者,经积极治疗和护理,患者痊愈出院。现报告
