按照卫生部与湖北省共建同济医科大学的协议，湖北省梨园医院于1997年5月16日成建制转入同济医科大学，成为同济医科大学第三附属医院。同济医大党委制定了附属梨园医院的近期目标：且年整顿起步，2年初见成效，3年大见成效。本文就转制后的梨园医院如何实现上述目标，再创梨园
According to the agreement between the Ministry of Health and Hubei Province to jointly establish Tongji Medical University, Hubei Liyuan Hospital was transformed into Tongji Medical University on May 16, 1997 and became the third affiliated hospital of Tongji Medical University. The Tongji Medical University Party Committee has formulated the immediate goals of the subsidiary Liyuan Hospital: the year starts with the rectification and the first two years are effective; the next three years have achieved great results. This article discusses how the Liyuan Hospital after the transformation achieved the above goals and recreated the Liyuan
