采用正交设计,对4因素3水平进行了考察。结果表明,影响叶蛋白产量和粗蛋白含量的主因素是酸度,其最优组合分别为 P_1W_1S_1L_1和 P_1W_2S_2L_2。影响胡萝卜素含量的主因素是离心时间,最优组合 L_3水平下的各处理组合。粗蛋白提取率的最优组合是 P_1W_1S_1L_1。
Orthogonal design, the level of 4 factors and 3 were investigated. The results showed that the main factor influencing leaf protein yield and crude protein content was acidity. The optimal combinations were P_1W_1S_1L_1 and P_1W_2S_2L_2. The main factor affecting the carotene content is the centrifugal time, the optimal combination of L_3 level under the treatment combination. The optimal combination of crude protein extraction rate is P_1W_1S_1L_1.
