据首部《中国民营企业发展报告》蓝皮书(2005年7月)统计,我国300多万家私营企业中有90%以上是家族企业,绝大部分实行家族式管理。而且有60%的民企在5年内破产,有85%的在10年内死亡,其平均寿命只有2.9年。我国民营企业的命运为何如此坎坷?很多是因为它们无法挣脱单一的家族式管理,走向职业化的管理道路。于是企业开始引入职业经理人团队,但在这个过程中也是问题重重,外部引进职业经理人的“成活率”非常低。那么,民营企业到底改如何进行职业化管理的变革呢?
According to the first blue book “Report on the Development of Private Enterprises in China” (July 2005), more than 90% of the more than 3 million private-owned enterprises in our country are family-owned enterprises, most of whom practice family-style management. Moreover, 60% of private enterprises went bankrupt in five years and 85% died in 10 years, with an average life expectancy of only 2.9 years. Why the fate of China’s private enterprises so rough? A lot because they can not get rid of a single family-style management, to the professional management of the road. As a result, the company began to introduce a team of professional managers, but it is also a problem in this process. The “survival rate” of introducing professional managers externally is very low. So, private enterprises in the end how to change the professional management of it?
