经食道心房调搏治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(附14例报告)

本文报道应用经食道心房调搏转复14例阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT),除1例无效外,其余13例均即时转复为窦性心律,调搏方式以超速起搏的疗效较好。此法操作简便,无创伤性,值得推广。现将结果报告如下。

This paper reports the application of trans-esophageal atrial pacing in the transfer of 14 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT), in addition to 1 case of invalid, the other 13 cases were immediately converted to sinus rhythm, pacing mode to speeding pacing The effect is better. This method is simple, non-invasive, it is worth promoting. The results reported below.
