患者,42岁。因精神性阳萎接受化学性假体治疗。注入罂粟碱30mg后5分钟,阴茎痛性勃起,疼痛向两大腿放射,不能性交。注药后12小时痛性勃起仍持续。检查阴茎呈勃起状态,长约11cm,较坚硬,皮温降低。随即用5 1/2针头向对侧阴茎海绵体内注入阿拉明5 mg,1分钟后即感疼痛明显减轻,阴茎皮温回升。2小时后勃起完全消退。讨论阴茎持续勃起是血管活性药物治疗阳萎的最严重并发症,其发生机理可能为药物引起海绵体肌麻痹和海绵体内持续高压。我们单独应用罂粟碱治疗各种类型阳萎25例,首次剂量均为30mg,有2例出现持续勃起。除本文报告的1例外,另1例持
