农业生产是一个既受自然法则支配,又受社会经济法则支配的农业生态——经济系统。对于这样一个系统,如果按自然规律和经济规律办事,在合理的经营下,可以使得生态系统保持稳定,有限的农业资源,得到不断的更新,创造出无穷的物质财富,为人民所利用。反之,如果不按客观规律办事,那就会破坏生态系统的合理平衡,严重的使丰富的农业资源丧失殆尽,造成难以挽回的后果。一、当前存在的一些问题
