铝型材根据不同用途其种类是很多的,但就无线电整机、仪器而言,用做框架用的型材其断面见图1。做框架用的铝型材在加工中多数有折弯工序折弯角度通常是90°,由于铝型材断面形状很不规则,在折弯时过去常在其筋部分切除一个90°切口以便折弯,见图2。这种工艺方法的缺点是降低了结构的系统刚性,折弯尺寸也不精确,而且多了一道切口工序。现在采用不切口直接弯曲的工艺方法进行加工。这种方法采用专用模具在油压机上压制,油压机上附有一个简单的测量系统。设备工具简单,准确可靠,适于成批生产。
