在教学中,特别是小学的数学教学中,加强教学的个性化,让学生能够独立地解决问题,然后又能学会与人合作与交流,从而带动整个课堂的气氛,让课堂焕发活力。那如何加强小学的数学个性化呢?从四个方面说起:“灵动”教育机制的开启;“磁性”课堂体验的开发;“睿智”情景设计的开掘;“灵犀”点拨质疑的开展。
