目的:探讨彩超定位乳晕弧形切口行乳腺多发良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果。方法:对100例经高频彩超检查发现乳腺有可疑病灶的患者,在彩超引导下用手绘图定位,根据快速病理检查采取乳晕弧形切口术进行手术治疗,切除病变组织。结果:确诊为乳腺癌4例(浸润性导管癌1例,小叶原位癌1例,导管内癌2例),重度不典型增生2例,良性病变94例(乳腺腺病伴囊肿形成或乳腺导管扩张58例,纤维腺瘤12例,导管内乳头状瘤19例,神经鞘瘤11例)。所有患者病灶定位准确,手术切除标本与术前影像检查结果比较均显示完整切除了病灶。结论:高频彩超引导定位活检可以对无体征乳腺病灶准确切取活检材料,对病灶作出病理诊断并指导手术切除范围,彩超定位乳晕弧形切口行乳腺多发良性肿瘤切除术效果较好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of multi-benign breast tumor resection with color-ultrasonography positioning areola arcuate incision. Methods: 100 cases of breast lesions were identified by high frequency ultrasound examination, under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound hand mapping positioning, according to rapid pathological examination were performed surgical treatment of areolar arc incision, removal of diseased tissue. Results: 4 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer (1 invasive ductal carcinoma, 1 lobular carcinoma in situ and 2 ductal carcinoma), 2 cases of severe atypical hyperplasia and 94 cases of benign lesions (breast adenosis with cyst formation or mammary gland 58 cases of catheter expansion, fibroadenoma in 12 cases, 19 cases of intraductal papilloma, schwannoma 11 cases). All patients with accurate positioning of the lesion, resection specimens and preoperative imaging results show that the complete resection of the lesion. CONCLUSION: High-frequency ultrasound-guided biopsy can accurately detect biopsy material in an uncomplicated breast lesion, make pathological diagnosis of the lesion and guide the range of surgical resection. Colorimetric positioning areola arcuate incision is more effective in multiple benign breast tumor.
