正常妇女绝经期是指年龄44—45岁以上月经停止六个月以上者谓之,从绝经期逐渐进入老年期,由于卵巢功能的哀退,雌激素水平低落,因而引起机体及生殖系统一系列变化,这些变化与妇科疾病有着密切的联系,如新陈代谢障碍,心血管系统不稳定,植物神经平衡失调,生殖器萎缩及炎性疾病等。为了进一步了解绝经后妇女雌激素水平的变化,我们对150例绝经妇女做阴道细胞涂片检查,了解雌激素水平变化,小结于后。
