铸造充型凝固过程的数值模拟已成为铸造领域最热门的研究课题之一。目前,凝固过程的温度场数值模拟及缩孔缩松预测已应用于实际生产,充型、热应力、微观组织等基础研究及实用化进程亦取得很大进展。
The numerical simulation of casting filling type solidification process has become one of the hottest research topics in the field of foundry. At present, the numerical simulation of temperature field and shrinkage shrinkage prediction in the solidification process have been applied to the actual production, filling, thermal stress, microstructure and other basic research and practical progress has made great progress.
