我认为,小米的管理有三化:管理广义化、管理外部化、管理游戏化,我把它称为移动互联网“异化”的管理。管理广义化是指让快节奏的工作氛围来影响员工行为,让业务管理来驱动员工管理。小米形成了一个快节奏的氛围,用这个节奏、用这个速度来管理员工。你说,哪有比这更狠的管理了?这简直是太残忍的管理了,速度稍微慢一点就落后了。小米是用速度来找齐,用速度来同步。
