利用豆秸栽培榆黄蘑具有原料广、成本低、工艺简单、效益高等优点,栽培技术如下。 1 播种季节 东北地区,榆黄蘑春栽在3月底至5月20日前后(用暖棚可适当提前),4月中旬后可进行大田栽培。秋种在处暑前后,但出菇要有增温和通风设施,也可发好菌后待翌年春出菇。其它地区,可根据当地气候灵活安排,也可冬播。
