本文在田间试验条件下探讨了氮肥品种、用量及不同基肥种类对包心菜硝酸盐累积及品质的影响。结果表明:含硝化抑制剂DMPP(3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐)的硫硝铵肥料(简称ASN+DMPP)与硫硝铵(ASN)、尿素(urea)相比,不仅可以提高包心菜的产量,降低NO3--N含量,还可以提高Vc、氨基酸、可溶性糖和矿质营养元素(P、K、Ca、Fe、Zn)含量。ASN+DMPP与urea相比,在金华、新昌试验点,N O3--N含量分别降低了6.1%、16.5%,而与ASN相比N O3-N鄄含量分别降低了9.4%、7.3%。适当降低氮肥用量包心菜不会减产,还可降低硝酸盐含量。A SN 80%用量水平(360kg/hm2)与100%用量水平(450 kg/hm 2)相比,包心菜NO3-N鄄含量分别降低了5.0%(新昌)、18.7%(金华)。用硫基复合肥(NPK15-15-15S)作基肥与用氯基复合肥(NPK16-16-16Cl)相比,包心菜产量、NO3--N含量没有显著差别。
In this paper, the effects of nitrogenous fertilizer varieties, amount and different types of basal fertilizer on nitrate accumulation and quality of cabbage were studied in the field experiment. The results showed that ASN + DMPP with nitrification inhibitor DMPP (3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate) could not only improve ASN and urea compared with ASN and urea, The yield of cabbage and the reduction of NO3 - N also increased the content of Vc, amino acids, soluble sugar and mineral nutrients (P, K, Ca, Fe and Zn). Compared with urea, ASN + DMPP decreased N O3 - N content by 6.1% and 16.5% at Jinhua and Xinchang test points, respectively, while N O3 - N content decreased by 9.4% and 7.3% respectively compared with ASN. Appropriate to reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer cabbage will not reduce production, but also reduce the nitrate content.
