In September 1975, great leader and mentor Chairman Mao personally approved the convening of the National Agricultural Dazhai Conference. Comrade Hua Kuo-feng made an important report at the meeting and issued a letter entitled “All-party mobilization, major agricultural development, Dazhai County and struggle, ”the great call.
