在山西省东南部的长治市,我们采用质性研究的方法,通过开放性访谈、实地考察等方法客观深入地了解初中教育的现状。长治市的经济、社会发展处于山西省中等水平,教育基础也在全省处于中游水平,具有一定的代表性。而且,从“八五”开始,我们一直参与长治市的初中校长培训工作,始终关注着这里的基础教育发展。
In Changzhi City, southeast of Shanxi Province, we use qualitative research methods to objectively and in-depth understand the status quo of junior middle school education through open interviews and field trips. The economic and social development of Changzhi City is at a medium level in Shanxi Province, and the education base is also at the midstream level in the province. It has a certain degree of representation. Moreover, starting from the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, we have been involved in the training of junior high school principals in Changzhi City and have always paid attention to the development of basic education here.
