语用能力的培养是外语教学的重要目标和任务。研究表明,我国大学生英语语用能力明显滞后于语言能力,语用能力的欠缺必然导致语用失误,从而影响到跨文化交际的成功实施。如何提高学生的英语语用能力是英语教师必须考虑的问题。本文探讨了我国大学生语用能力的现状、成因以及如何培养语用能力的对策。
The cultivation of pragmatic competence is an important goal and task of foreign language teaching. The research shows that the English pragmatic competence of college students in our country lags behind that of language ability obviously. The lack of pragmatic competence inevitably leads to pragmatic failure, which affects the successful implementation of intercultural communication. How to improve students’ English pragmatic competence is an issue that English teachers must consider. This article explores the status quo, causes and how to cultivate pragmatic competence of Chinese college students.
