北京的书店里有一本常年的畅销书:《奥运英语300句》。奥运带动的学习外语的热潮覆盖了社会各阶层,从幼儿园的孩子到八十岁的老人,都开始学着用“hello”来代替“吃了吗”。
Beijing’s bookstore has a perennial bestseller: “Olympic English 300.” The upsurge of learning foreign languages brought by the Olympics covered all sectors of society. From kindergarten children to the 80-year-old, they began to learn to replace “eat” with “hello”.
