目的:观察安胃汤联合氩离子凝固术治疗慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变的疗效。方法:将150例慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变患者按就诊顺序电脑随机分为3组。治疗1组50例,第1周以西药抗HP治疗,第2、3、4周以泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,第5、6周L-谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗。治疗2组50例,第1周以西药抗HP治疗,第8天进行胃镜下APC治疗,第2周至第6周以L-谷氨酰胺颗粒治疗。治疗3组50例,第1周至第6周以中药安胃汤治疗,在第8天进行胃镜下APC治疗。在第6周末、半年后进行胃镜复查比较分析治疗前后病灶细微形态学改变及其病理组织学改变及症状积分比较,对比观察3组的疗效。结果:6周末,治疗1组:总有效率为6%;治疗2组:总有效率为88%。治疗3组:总有效率为86%;在改善症状积分方面,治疗3组优于其它两组。半年后,治疗1组:总有效率为8%;治疗2组:总有效率为76%。治疗3组:总有效率为92%;在改善症状积分方面,治疗3组优于其它两组。结论:安胃汤联合氩离子凝固术治疗慢性胃炎并胃黏膜癌前病变的疗效理想。
Objective: To observe the effect of AnWei Decoction combined with argon ion coagulation in the treatment of chronic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa. Methods: 150 cases of chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal precancerous lesions were randomly divided into three groups according to the order of treatment. Treatment of a group of 50 cases, the first week Western anti-HP treatment, 2,3,4 weeks to pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules, the first 5,6 weeks of L-glutamine treatment. At the end of the 6th week and six months after the endoscopic retrospective analysis, the morphological changes of the lesion and pathological changes and symptom scores were compared before and after treatment. The curative effect of the three groups were compared. Results: At the end of 6 weeks, the treatment group 1: the total effective rate was 6%; the treatment 2 groups: the total effective rate was 88%. Treatment group 3: the total effective rate was 86%; in improving the symptom score, the treatment group 3 is superior to the other two groups. Six months later, the treatment group 1: the total effective rate was 8%; treatment group 2: the total effective rate was 76%. Treatment group 3: the total effective rate was 92%; in improving the symptom score, the treatment group 3 is superior to the other two groups. Conclusion: Anwei Decoction combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of chronic gastritis and gastric mucosal precancerous lesions is effective.
