随着X线头影测量的发展,人们愈来愈感到单纯用侧位片分析颅颌关系的局限性,愈加感到加强对颅颌横向关系的研究,从三维空间测量分析牙颌畸形的必要性。以往对颅颌横向关系的研究多为局部模型的测量分析,用正位X线片分析牙颌与整个颅面结构的宽度关系,国内报道尚少。本文目的为通过对100名西安市正常(牙合)青少年的颅、颌、面正位定位X线片的测量分析,探讨颅颌横向关系,为临床诊断、治疗设计及进一步开展颅颌三维空间测量研究提供信息和依据。
With the development of X-cephalometry, people increasingly feel the limitations of craniofacial analysis with lateral radiographs alone. They are more aware of the need to strengthen the study on the transverse relationship of the cranial jaw and to measure and analyze the dento-mandibular deformity from the three-dimensional space.
