近年来,青岛交运集团认真贯彻落实中央提出的“共享改革发展成果”的新精神,以全新的理念积极探索并推出了一系列关心职工工作、学习、生活和健康的惠民举措,从职工工资三年倍增到分配向生产一线及老职工倾斜,从每周工作四天的“交运新工时”到对女驾乘职工的特殊照顾,从职业生活环境条件的改善到对困难职工群体的救助保障等等,坚持了既讲道理又办实事,极大地调动和激发了广大职工的生产工作积极性,助推了企业的科学发展。
