帅立志别名师飞一、镫恩、桑桥、子夜、无帽堂主。汉族,1924年生于桂林市。是将西洋画传入广西的第一人著名美术教育家、画家帅础坚的次子。九岁起在父亲教导下,学研书法篆刻及其刻字艺术,数十年不辍而潜心创作。代表作竹简刻字《周总理·雨中岚山诗》选为国家礼品赠日本首相大平正芳。《戚继光三十二图拳法图竹刻本》等。篆刻代表作《独有关雄驱虎豹》。选入现代书法篆刻展,赴日本群马县、名古屋、北九洲巡展。《甲骨文十二生肖印》等。刻陶代表作《澳门回归》瓶、
