旧水泥路面扩建加铺工程中,如何保证新旧路面接缝处的结构安全是一个重要技术难题。合宁高速公路扩建工程旧水泥路面结构采用了三种处治方式——冲击破碎+加铺层,碎石化+加铺层,水泥板+加铺层;拼宽部分结构为级配碎石+水稳碎石+加铺层。文章以此为研究对象,通过对拼接部位的强度检测,选取多种结构组合,利用有限元分析各结构拼接最不利状况受力状态,其结果为结构设计方案提供依据。
How to ensure the structural safety of old and new pavement joints is an important technical problem in the expansion and paving of old cement pavement. There are three ways to deal with the old cement pavement structure in the expansion project of Hening Expressway: impact crushing + overlay, crushed + overlay, cement board + overlay; part structure of quest width is graded gravel + Water-stabilized gravel + overlay. The article takes this as the research object, through the strength detection of the spliced parts, selects a variety of structural combinations, using the finite element analysis of the stress state of the most unfavorable conditions of each structure splicing, the results provide the basis for the structural design scheme.
