一、工程概况: 某厂试验车间接跨工程,长30米,跨度(15+21)米,厂房高度13米,建筑面积1100平方米,其基础做法是:素砼垫层上做钢筋砼杯口基础。车间内设30t桥式吊车一台,车间(17)轴线山墙东5米处有一幢6层楼的综合楼。如下图所示:车间建造在坳沟地段。场地各土层的厚度和性质在垂直和水平方向上有一定差异,且底部基岩风化带面起伏较大,坡度最大的可达20~30°,厂房荷载分布不均匀,山墙处集中荷载较大,因此厂房产生了不均匀沉降。裂缝的分布规律基本符合地质报告上所描述的各土层厚度和地形起伏的情况。而且该裂缝还会继续发展(根据现场测试以8mm/月速度发展)已严重地影响了厂房的正常使用,对人身安全构成威

Project Overview: Indirect cross-project of a factory test vehicle, 30 meters long, span (15+21) meters, workshop height 13 meters, building area 1100 square meters, its basic approach is: Mouth base. There is a 30t bridge crane in the workshop, and there is a 6-story complex building 5 meters east of the axis of the workshop (17) axis gable. As shown in the figure below: The workshop is built in the trench area. The thickness and nature of each soil layer in the site are somewhat different in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the weathering zone of the bedrock at the bottom is undulating and the slope can reach 20-30°. The load distribution of the workshop is not uniform and the load is concentrated at the gables. Large, so the plant produced uneven settlement. The distribution of cracks is basically in line with the thickness of the soil layers and terrain relief described in the geological report. Moreover, the cracks will continue to develop (according to on-site testing at a speed of 8mm/month) which has seriously affected the normal use of the plant and constitutes a threat to personal safety.
