职业生涯发展教育是指对个体一生的职业选择、设计、发展进行培养和引导。本文以内蒙古机电职业技术学院机电系2008级、2009级学生为调查对象,调查了高职学生职业生涯发展状况、就业指导课程现状、影响高职学生就业能力因素等方面问题。调查反映出:在高职院校开展职业生涯教育是非常必要的。
Career development education refers to the individual’s career choice, design, development training and guidance. In this paper, the students of grade 2008 and 2009 in Inner Mongolia Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services as the survey object, investigated the occupation career development of vocational students, employment guidance courses, factors affecting the employment of higher vocational students and other issues. The survey shows that it is very necessary to carry out career education in higher vocational colleges.
