通过分析当前高校体育教学中存在的几个问题，提出了适应当前高等学校培养合格人才需要的教学改革的几点建议，以促进高等学校教学体制进一步完善。
By analyzing several problems existing in PE teaching in colleges and universities, some suggestions on how to adapt to the current needs of colleges and universities in training qualified personnel are put forward to further improve the teaching system in colleges and universities.
