探讨利用桑枝屑和棉籽壳栽培平菇和秀珍菇的可行性和适宜的添加比例,并分析其生物转化率、经济效益。结果表明:在不同比例的桑枝屑和棉籽壳配方中,其中配方A、配方B中平菇和秀珍菇的菌丝体长势良好、子实体生长及生物转化率都较好,各配方栽培秀珍菇其经济效益均高于平菇,其中配方B是栽培秀珍菇的最佳配方,其投入产出比最高,达到1:3.10,其次是配方C,达到1:3.04;而栽培平菇投入产出比是配方C最高,达到1:2.16,其次是配方B,达到1:1.82。
The feasibility and appropriate proportion of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated using mulberry tree debris and cotton seed hulls were discussed. The bioconversion rate and economic benefit were also analyzed. The results showed that the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus in Formulation A and Formulation B grew well and the fruiting body growth and biotransformation rate were good in different proportion of mulberry tree debris and cottonseed shell formulations. The economic benefits of Mushrooms were higher than that of Pleurotus ostreatus. Formulation B was the best recipe for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus, with the highest input-output ratio of 1: 3.10, followed by Formulation C, reaching 1: 3.04. The input-output ratio Formula C was the highest, reaching 1: 2.16, followed by Formula B, reaching 1: 1.82.
