采用双盲对照的方法观察果糖二磷酸钠(FDP)对冠心病患者脂质过氧化物产生的影响。对61例连续的住院冠心病患者(急性心肌梗死19例;冠心病心绞痛42例)进行研究,随机分入对照剂组或FDP组,分别给予对照剂或FDP10g,静脉滴注,2次/d,共10d。在用药前和用药的最后1d清晨,分别采取静脉血送检,测定血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明:FDP能减少冠心病患者血浆脂质过氧化物之一MDA的产生,而对SOD活性无明显影响。结果提示,外源性FDP对冠心病患者具有抑制脂质过氧化的作用,此作用可能是其对缺血缺氧心肌的保护机制之一。
