International Technical Cooperation of the Nagoya Committee The 1995 Nagoya International Economic and Technical Cooperation has made fruitful efforts to actively participate in the international engineering market competition by focusing on major technical issues concerning flood control of the Yangtze River, the Three Gorges Project and the midline of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The long committee signed a cooperation agreement with Paris Institute of Mining in France to raise 150,000 U.S. dollars by the French side to jointly design and study the high slope of the Permanent Ship Lock of the Three Gorges Project.
