一、前言为了提高汽车、拖拉机齿轮的承载能力和使用寿命,通常多采用由低碳合金钢制成的硬齿面(HRC>40)齿轮,但往往热处理后引起齿轮变形、精度下降,不仅影响了齿轮承载能力和使用寿命,而且增加了噪音等。为解决齿轮淬火后变形的加工问题,我们经多年探索,研究发明了一种凸曲面前刀面硬质合金刮削滚刀(简称凸形刮削滚刀),代替平面前刀面硬质合金刮削滚刀刮齿,该刮削滚刀已获国家专利,实际使用证明,效果良好。
