上海有色金属压延厂创建于1931年,上海沪江钢厂创建于1931年,两个厂都是上海有色金属行业中的中型骨干企业,主要生产各类铜、铜合金以及其他有色金属的板材、带材、导型材。各类产品被广泛地运用于汽车、轮船、纺织、化工、机电、电子、航空、航天、石油、地质等行业。在我国的社会主义市场经济体制深层次发展的关键时刻,我们根据企业的实际情况,提出了“进行第二次创业,塑造企业新形象”的方针,确立了94年的工作思路。
