实验以2-丁烯和单质硫为原料,在高温高压催化剂条件下合成有机硫化剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、硫烯比、催化剂种类以及催化荆用量对硫化剂硫含量的影响,其中重点考察了有机碱性催化剂、无机碱性催化剂、秋兰姆类((CH_3)_2NCS_4CN(CH_3))催化剂对硫化剂硫含量的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂对硫含量的影响很大,秋兰姆类和二乙胺催化剂的影响最大,硫含量分别为27.1%和26.64%。
Experimental 2-butene and elemental sulfur as raw materials, high temperature and high pressure catalyst under the conditions of the synthesis of organic curing agent. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of thiole, catalyst type and catalyst dosage on the sulfur content of vulcanizing agent were investigated. The effects of organic base catalyst, inorganic basic catalyst, thiurane ((CH_3) _2NCS_4CN CH_3)) catalyst on sulfur content of vulcanizing agent. The experimental results show that the catalyst has a great influence on the sulfur content, and the thiuram and diethylamine catalysts have the most significant effects, with the sulfur contents being 27.1% and 26.64% respectively.
