“健康中国”蓝图的实现需要更多品德高尚、业务精湛、作风优良的优秀医学创新人才来建设。为此,对样品优秀医学创新人才的成长经历进行了回溯,通过对科研项目、科技成果、人才荣誉等评价因子的考量,梳理出他们成长为优秀人才的经由路径,以期对医学科研单位的人才培养工作提出可行性建议。
