2013年7月9日,市委办公厅、政研室和市品牌办“寻找美丽”大型系列活动,联合浙江之声启动“一杯水”大型公益行动。该行动通过呼吁城市沿街商铺、超市、商场、爱心企事业机关开放免费供水点,为在高温下户外清扫的环卫工人、交警、协警,以及户外高温劳动者免费提供饮用水和短暂户外休息场所.活动启动以来,社会各界广泛参与,截至目前,已经有200多家爱心单位2000多个网点加入“一杯水”公益联盟,发放19L水700多桶,服务人数近3万人次,供水点覆盖主城区所有主要道路沿线。
