随着经济全球化和我国改革开放的不断深入,人力资源已成为企业的核心资源,是提升企业竞争力的关键因素,而企业人事档案是企业选人、用人、开发人力资源的基础。但目前企业人事档案管理制度上的不完善、管理上的不规范、利用上的效率低等问题,严重制约着企业人力资源的开发和利用,必须加大工作力度,寻求治理对策,以加强人事档案管理,打造企业人力资源优势。
With the economic globalization and the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, human resources have become the core resources of enterprises and the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
