傅×,男,25岁,半年前在拆除旧建筑物时,左头面部不慎碰到高压线,当时即被高压电击倒,昏迷不醒,造成左面部、耳廓、头皮及左侧颈部皮肤严重烧伤,经医院抢救后脱离危险,住院治疗3个月后自觉左眼视力有所下降,但未到眼科检查.伤后半年感左眼视力明显下降,而来我科就诊.眼科检查:右眼视力0.6,矫正1.0,左眼视力0.06,矫正0.1.右眼晶体前囊下见散在灰白色浑浊斑点,皮质、后囊未见浑浊,眼底清晰.左眼晶体前囊下见广泛灰白色浑浊斑点,皮质无浑浊、后囊中央区见明显浑浊,散瞳后由周边部窥见眼底.双眼其它部位无异常.诊断:双
