[目的]为了减少田间花叶病的发生,培育无病壮苗。[方法]本文从催芽包衣种子直播一次性成苗入手,结合北方气候特点,对营养土直播烤烟催芽包衣种子育成苗技术进行了试验与探讨。[结果]包衣种子充分开裂,覆土厚度2~3 mm,苗床温度在6℃以上,出苗期间加大营养土湿度,经历7~9 d可以出苗。同时采用断根、剪叶技术培育壮苗。[结论]适宜的营养土配比、播种时间、苗床温度及苗床管理可使出苗整齐,出壮苗。
[Objective] In order to reduce the incidence of Mosaic disease in field and cultivate disease-free seedlings. [Method] In this paper, one-time seedling germination of germination-coated seeds was started. According to the climate characteristics in northern China, the seedling-raising techniques of germination-coated seeds of direct seeding tobacco in nutrient soil were tested and discussed. [Result] The seeds of seed coat were fully cracked, the thickness of soil cover was 2 ~ 3 mm, the temperature of seedbed was above 6 ℃, and the humidity of nutritive soil was increased during seedling emergence. At the same time using broken roots, leaf cutting technology to cultivate strong seedlings. [Conclusion] The suitable proportion of nutritious soil, sowing time, temperature of seedbed and seedbed management could make the seedlings neat and out of strong seedlings.
