低碳城市交通已经成为政府构建低碳城市的必然选择。走低碳化发展之路既是推动我国结构调整、转变经济发展方式的重要抓手,也是促进我国经济、社会、环境可持续发展的必然选择。在结合杭州市“公共自行车”政策的分析基础上,具体分析了在构建低碳城市交通中政府职责的现状,并对我国低碳城市交通发展提出了对策和建议。
Low-carbon urban transport has become the inevitable choice for the government to build a low-carbon city. The road to a low-carbon development is not only the starting point for pushing forward China’s structural adjustment and transforming the mode of economic development, but also the inevitable choice for promoting the sustainable development of our economy, society and environment. Based on the analysis of Hangzhou “public bicycle ” policy, the paper analyzes the current situation of government duties in constructing low-carbon urban transport and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-carbon urban transport in our country.
