目的探讨以毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中的醇类化合物。方法采用活性炭管采集,毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱测定方法。结果30m FFAP毛细管色谱柱对醇类化合物的分离效果好于现行填充柱,可同时对5种醇类化合物进行分离测定。方法的精密度、检测限等各项方法学指标均能达到《车间空气中有毒物质监测研究规范》的要求。结论该方法可完全适用于工作场所空气中丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇和异戊醇的测定。
Objective To investigate the determination of alcohols in the air by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Gas chromatography was used to collect the activated carbon tube and separate the capillary column by gas chromatography. Results The 30m FFAP capillary column was better than the current packed column for the separation of alcohol compounds. Five alcoholic compounds were separated and determined simultaneously. Methodological precision, detection limits and other methodological indicators can achieve the “workshop air toxic substances monitoring research standards” requirements. Conclusion This method can be completely applied to the determination of propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutanol and isoamyl alcohol in the air of workplace.
