通过正交试验法优化了气体爆炸喷涂工艺 ,对制备的Cr3C2 NiCr涂层的显微组织和部分性能进行观察和分析 ,并对其磨损率进行测定 ,发现该涂层具有很好的高温耐磨性。试用结果表明 ,该工艺制备的涂层可延长连铸辊的使用寿命一倍以上。
Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the gas explosion spraying process. The microstructure and part properties of the prepared Cr3C2 NiCr coating were observed and analyzed. The wear rate of the coating was measured and found to have good high temperature wear resistance Sex. The trial results show that the coating prepared by the process can extend the service life of the continuous casting roller more than doubled.
