本文较详细地研究了再辉效应对65钢钢丝铅浴淬火时的显微组织和力学性能的影响.发现,在珠光体转变温度范围等温时,随着恒温介质温度的降低,引起塑性下降的原因是再辉促发颗粒状或短片状珠光体的形成;在上贝氏体转变温度范围等温时,由于再辉引起温度爬升,使试样温度升至屈氏体形成温度区,得到上贝氏体+屈氏体组织,使强度曲线出现平台和稍有下降。本文还对传统的等温淬火概念提出了质疑,并提出了新的定义.
